walking the other way – April 8

4.8

Walking the other way on a traditional

trail today, the dog seemed confused. Kept

stopping, sniffing, looking, turning back.

It is a pond loop, but he is used to the other

way round, as if his sense memories

had a direction built in.

Going around the ancient Celtic well,

walking the path clockwise round,

to invoke the blessing way. Turning

the path reverse to unwind the good

and warp the ribbon of spirit to dark

purpose.

Does he know something that we

have forgotten.
