turned corners – May 11

5.11.2014

she and the dog walk

around the corner

out of sight

 

the curve of her blue

jeaned hip still

attracting me.

 

a smile comes to me

unbidden, I don’t

have to try

 

it’s just because. and

when she turns that

corner in return

 

even better.
